CAD / CAM

A high quality mould starts with a good concept of design. Further a good blend of youth and experience takes care of finesse and speed. The common analyse of 3D design proposals helps us to recognize mistakes before drawings were made.

Our in-house design centre has eight CAD/CAM workstations with links to three seats of shop floor real time programs, six CNC machines plus further links covering wire erosion, EDM and turning.

Drawing files and data can be transferred via ISDN line or email. All these features minimise lead times and increase control leading to the production of new tooling as quickly as possible whilst maintaining the highest standard of quality. The most usual interfaces are useable for the transmission of your data.

We handle the data exchange via ISDN (Odette, FTP or CDR) by the following interfaces:
IGES, STEP, PARASOLID, DXF, DWG, ELT
