Injection moulds and devices

We manufacture highly precise and technically demanding moulds in a wide range – from small multi-cavity components for:

• covers
• bellows
• relay sockets
• multi-component tools
• insert moulding
• gas-assist tools
• insert moulds for plug connectors including work piece insertion system
• up to large suites of tools up to a maximum individual size of 1,000 x 1,000 x 800 for technical and trim parts

Movements, closing and parts coupling are inspected on our own testing press. We offer tooling made from high grade steels with optimised cooling, runner balancing and furthermore a complete engineering service including in-house sampling and measurement reports.
